Merced Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing is a Concrete Flooring Contractor providing concrete flooring installation, coating, polishing, resurfacing, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Merced, CA and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, concrete grinding, concrete sealing, resurfacing overlays, and pool deck coatings.
The specific scope of work for any project will be set out in a written estimate or service agreement provided to the customer prior to the start of work. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
Estimates provided by Merced Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work as discussed with the customer. All estimates are provided in writing before work begins.
An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed in writing to the scope and price. If conditions discovered during project preparation differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate - such as previously unknown coating layers, structural cracks, or moisture issues - we will notify the customer and discuss any resulting changes to scope or price before proceeding.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued, after which material and labor costs may have changed.
Project start dates are scheduled after a written estimate has been accepted. We will confirm the scheduled date in writing. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in those situations.
If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred. Any deposit paid toward a cancelled project is non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated byMerced Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing.
The customer agrees to:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the outcome of the work and may limit the coverage of any warranty provided.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or service agreement. For most residential projects, a deposit may be required to secure the project date, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For larger commercial projects, milestone payments may be arranged.
Payment is due at the time specified in the service agreement. Accounts that are past due may be subject to a late payment fee. We accept payment by check, cash, and major credit cards unless otherwise noted in the service agreement.
If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to place a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California lien law.
Merced Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing warrants that the work performed will be completed in a workmanlike manner using materials appropriate for the scope described in the written estimate. Any specific warranty terms will be set out in the service agreement.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from customer misuse, failure to follow post-installation care instructions, physical damage caused by sharp objects or heavy impacts, chemical spills not covered by the coating system specified, or pre-existing conditions in the concrete that were not disclosed or discoverable at the time of the estimate.
Except as expressly stated in the service agreement, all other warranties - express or implied - including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Merced Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided or the use of our website. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
